AGC Construction & Properties Empowers Youths to Harness Real Estate Opportunities in Abeokuta


In a bid to empower young individuals with knowledge and strategies to tap into the wealth potential of real estate, AGC Construction & Properties organized a seminar on February 22, 2024, in the heart of Abeokuta, Ogun State. With over 50 enthusiastic participants from Ogun State and other South-Western States in attendance, the event proved to be a platform for invaluable insights and networking opportunities.

Bldr. Olusola Gabriel, Principal Officer 1 of AGC Construction & Properties, set the tone for the seminar by highlighting the company's trajectory since its inception in 2015, boasting several multimillion Naira projects.

The seminar featured a lineup of distinguished speakers, starting with Mr. David David, a seasoned business executive manager and realtor, who expounded on the theme "Real Estate Market: A Wealth Stream." Emphasizing dedication, optimism, and professional development, David urged participants to broaden their horizons in the field.

Amb. Fatai Olamilekan Sanusi, Principal Officer 2 of AGC Construction & Properties, shared insights on the art of selling in real estate during his session titled "Sell or Go Broke." Stressing the importance of networking, connections, and persistence, Sanusi provided practical strategies for success in the competitive industry.


CEO of Kingscourt Homes and Properties, Mr. Adejare Ademola, delved into strategic marketing approaches in his presentation, "How to strategically market and sell real estate." He underscored the significance of being valuable and adaptive in implementing marketing strategies tailored to target audiences.

Shanu Tiwatope provided expertise on leveraging social media and sponsored ads for effective real estate sales during the fourth session.

Bldr. Olusola Gabriel wraps up seminar, shedding light on essential land surveying and documentation procedures. Prospective land buyers advised to obtain critical documents such as title deeds, survey plans, sale agreements, property receipts, and other pertinent paperwork. A thorough review of these documents recommended, with the option to seek legal counsel to facilitate a seamless and secure land acquisition process.


Highlighting the event was the introduction and launch of AGC Construction & Properties' new sites: Mercy City in Kusumodi Alagada, and Idera Garden in Kobape. Participants had the opportunity to see these sites via recorded video, further enriching their understanding of real estate development and investment opportunities.
